build(automated-orders): move from yarn to pnpm

TODO: docker build is not working for some reason. tsc can't resolve the workspace dependencies, but it works locally?

i had to fix a few things:

• changed workspace to work with pnpm
• many missing dependencies in the various package.json, it was working "as a coincidence"
• exported IAwsKmsConfiguration type instead of importing it with "../../../....."
• renamed package "@warden/aws-kms-signer" into "@warden-automated-orders/aws-kms-signer" for consistency
