- Fixed the address to get the public IPv4 address. The previous URL displays an error and does not show the IP address of the remote system.
- Added a command at the start of the script to update the system repositories..
Replaced the cURL ifconfig.co address to fix the error response from that website. The new URL provides us the Public IP address without errors.
