implement wind speed data field

• use device temperature units setting in OWM request to avoid unit
  conversions for wind speed and temperature
• request OWM data if the weather, humidity, or wind speed data fields
  are selected rather than only if the weather data field is selected
• round temperature and wind speed values to nearest integer instead of
  always rounding down
