This pulls in the changes from modelcontextprotocol#459, which achieve the same general goal as my
try_discoverystuff but is more robust (e.g.: checks the response code is 200).Additionally, this adjusts the logic to not immediately fail on a parse error. This additional change fixes issues with starting the Glean MCP server.
