Summary

• update CI to ESP-IDF v5.5.5 and v6.0.2, plus Arduino-ESP32 3.3.11
• add complete changed-file routing, an always-visible lightweight quality gate, same-PR concurrency cancellation, and a stable aggregate validation status
• add synthetic tests for documentation, discovery, direct/shared/global inputs, firmware boundaries, renames/deletions, and incomplete diffs
• add English/Simplified-Chinese first-party documentation pairs and preserve the product homepage structure
• constrain the managed board BSP to the compatible ^2.0.0 line with an explicit review condition for future major versions
