i obviously does not seem to be related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-12415 - i applied the new timeout configuration option from https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-12435 and even increased it in steps to 5000ms without success. |

Parallel unit tests were disabled in #79 because they failed often in GitHub actions. The root cause for the flakyness is not clear yet, probably in any of the *-mocks implementations.
