Patrick's been a de facto owner for a long time. This was discussed at the last owners' call (months ago), but never acted on. We should merge this with Patrick's approval and the approval of one other owner.

Patrick's been a de facto owner for a long time. This was discussed at the last owners' call (months ago), but never acted on.
We should merge this with @captainbrosset's approval—assuming he wants the formal responsibility—plus the approval of at least two other owners to confirm my memory of how I was supposed to open this PR and forgot to do so. 😅
