media-source/idlharness.window.js was renamed to media-source/idlharness.any.js upstream in WPT (generating idlharness.any.html). Update the metadata test paths in media-source/META.yml from idlharness.window.html to idlharness.any.html to resolve failing CI checks. TAG=agy CONV=55bcb5e0-6c6b-48d0-9f38-d4bb690a802b
