fix(interactions): point agents at the live guide action

The shipped Interactions skill still told agents the guide action and webflow://guides/interactions were not live and were in review as mcp-remote-cloudflare-server #399. That sentence is false after CF #461. Agents that follow it skip the live payload-shape source and wait for a PR that already shipped.

This is a surgical Session 2 correction, not a skill rewrite. webflow_guide_tool is still the first MCP call and still has no IX3 content. Payload shapes now come from data_interactions_tool → guide. references/ stay for the set-pieces the guide does not carry.

• Skill no longer says guide / webflow://guides/interactions is not live or waiting on #399
• Actions list includes guide
• Phase 1 still calls webflow_guide_tool first, then data_interactions_tool → guide for IX3 shapes
• webflow_guide_tool is not confused with the interactions guide action
• No schema, host, or pack rewrite in this PR
