You need to update the SONATYPE_[USER|PASSWORD] secret here: https://github.com/webjars/webjars-play/settings/secrets/actions
That's because you are not allowed to use the password anymore, you have to create a token instead, see updated docs here:
https://github.com/sbt/sbt-ci-release/?tab=readme-ov-file#sonatype

Sonatype no longer allows using your actual username and password to authenticate during publishing. Instead, you must use the name and password from your "user token".
