Resolves #2992

Changes

  • Limits tag input to 40 characters
  • Determines maximum tags displayed by container width

Manual testing

  1. Log in as crawler
  2. Go to "Browser Profiles". Verify tags are displayed with remainder badges as expected
  3. Choose a profile
  4. Choose "Edit Metadata"
  5. Start typing in tag input. Verify tag input is limited to 40 characters.
