- Add allow_pending_status parameter to TaskCreationParams for internal pipeline stage handoff - Modify check_task_status to optionally allow PENDING status - Update chat_namespace to capture previous_stage_bot_id from confirm result and pass allow_pending_status flag - Add tests for check_task_status with allow_pending parameter This enables proper pipeline stage transitions where the current task is marked PENDING before creating the next stage subtask.
