Wait, there is something fishy here.
I 100% recall doing these for all Weld repos. Let me take a closer look at what happened here 🤔

As I thought. I recall running the CH bot and seeing all green:

• License PR - Add missing documents to the repo #98
• dco PR - Add DCO file as well - Commonhaus Panda Policy checker expects this i… #100

Now to figure out how those got removed again.

It seems that the build and deploy process deletes those files.
I am trying to figure out how to change that but my knowledge in awestruct/Rake is virtually nonexistent :)

I think I know how to fix that - adding it to the devel branch will make sure that on any publish it gets to pushed master.

Plus I will push the deployed pages to master and that should do the trick.
