• Added opening form when reconnect while rtv is running.
• Removed most unused variables.
• Reopen rtv by entering !rtv while rtv is running.
• Added SAM module (For excluded maps needs custom votemap module)
• Added ULX module.
• Configure automapchanging in lua/server/sv_autortv.lua.
• Map meta-information build for !rtv map pool.
• Fixes prefix loader, gamemode prefix loader removed. (Edits required)
• The entire configuration is only recorded when the server is shut down.
• If ulx or sam's votemap is present, filtering of excluded maps is performed.
• Added hook callbacks on rtv.

• Added the ability to nominate maps.
• Selection of maps by formula: most appropriate online, last card choice, popularity by card take, 75% of the nomination votes.
• Intercept text commands when sam or ulx administration system is active.
