Some questions/proposals.

This is not new, but, the wording is strange. It makes the transition a prerequisite. Not sure what is the intention of this sentence.

The intention was to include in the Manual on WIS, Volume II, only those NCs and DCPCs that had completed the migration to WIS2. However, since NCs and DCPCs are no longer being included in the Manual, we can remove this requirement here as well, including for DCPCs

"Implement a WIS2 Node": Is that sufficient ? It looks like a pure IT process. Shall we say something about the data to be provided ?

After the candidate DCPC has successfully implemented a WIS2 Node and demonstrated its ability to provide the required data and metadata in accordance with WIS2 requirements, SC-IMT shall formulate a recommendation to the President of INFCOM for approval.

Shall we say/repeat something about "authoritative data" in here ?

Removed migration requirements for NCs and DCPCs from WIS/GTS to WIS 2.0.
Clarified the requirements for candidate DCPCs to demonstrate data compliance and updated the approval process wording.
