[BUG] Habo reminders stuck in old time zone when changing phone time zone

Describe the bug
When you travel to a different time zone, Habo will remind you about your habits at the specified time in your home timezone. This is not that useful, as you're not going to do things in the middle of the night when you are in a different timezone.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set a reminder (either global or for a specific habit) for 15:00h.
2. Travel to a different time zone. Your phone will automatically change the time of day.
3. Wait until it would be 15:00h in your home time zone. You will now get a reminder, even though the time of day on your phone is not 15:00h right now.

Expected behavior
Habo should show the reminder when the current time of day on your phone is equal to the time that you selected for the reminder.
