Spike / exploratory code to add support for test attachments.
Wasn't able to prove it worked - Rider doesn't appear to support test attachments, and it's not working via TeamCity (maybe a faulty assumption (that it should work) on my behalf in there). Didn't even work on Visual Studio, so I'm obviously missing something somewhere.
