Ansible automation for Explorer

Description

This PR automates the process of setting up a server and installing the explorer.

Caddy is completely removed. Now serving HTTPS on :443 via Elixir.

It worked for me in stage-1 (I only had to add the migration part). Documentation is missing thou I see it is in #1665, maybe #1665 should be merge to this branch or at least the docs.
