First version without TPL and with improved parallelPhase class

Before deletion of TPL (tikal-pipelib) and move to TCI

This version is the last one that contains code and files from TPL (tikal-pipelib) library.
If you still want to use those files, use this tag or the 'before-final-move-to-tci' branch.

Delete all TPL deprecated steps

As part of the switch from TPL to TCI, all TPL deprecated steps were deleted.

Before deletion of all the deprecated steps

As part of the switch from TPL (tikal-pipelib) to TCI, this release is the last one that contains the TPL deprecated steps.
If you're still using those steps, you should stick to this release and do not use newer versions until your code was switched to use newer steps.

This should be the last and only version that is not backward compatible by any following version (because of the Group steps task)
