This commit changes the GitHub action workflow to explicitly use 'self-hosted' runners. Recently, our server where self-hosted runners were stored was reconfigured to explicitly require the use of "self-hosted" runners from now on. This change ensures that a self-hosted runner is used every time the GitHub action workflow is triggered.
