Add a new setting in "Miscellaneous" to enable the call recording feature of the default OnePlus call app in regions where it is not enabled by default.
I also created a new Safe Mode option to restore this setting on boot.
It's working fine on my OnePlus 6. This setting shouldn't show up on non-compatible devices.
