I have added/modified/created :-
Display and update support for timeOfDay and trackLength in the title bar.
Display and update support for timeToGo and lapsToGo in the time bar. If time or laps are not set (received as 00:00:00 and 9999 respectively from my timing app), display "-".
Additional columns to display the Nationality and Additional Data fields for each competitor (if set).
Clear all scoreboard data if a scoreboard reset message is received.
Table cell renderer uses column titles to re-colour cells instead of fixed column numbers to allow column re-ordering to take place without losing the colour changes.
Set font scale factor on all laf's to avoid text being displayed too small.
