This PR adds interrupts properties in the bt_hci_wba and ieee802154 nodes for STM32WBAx.
These interrupts properties are used during radio IRQ management.
This PR is impelemnted to fix issue observed during compilation based on bluetooth or ieee802154 protocols on STM32WBA55 soc due to CONFIG_NUM_IRQS uncompliant with wireless radio use on STM32WBA55
