This commits adds and changes documentation of the AM243-EVM to generic AM64x/AM243x documentation that can be included by other AM64x/AM243x based boards. The main advantage of this is not having to rewrite/copy the same parts like installing the MCU+ SDK section and instead only having to include the generic files and writing board specific things like the bootmode selection. This commit adds generic documentation files for the AM64x bootflow etc. reducing the need to maintain very similar documentation for different boards. Additionally some thing were rewritten to be more understandable in the process. For now the generic file is only used by the AM243-EVM.
