Follow-up to #4. The v0.3.0 README updated the support matrix and
fetchMessagesoptions but was missing anonReactionusage example and didn't mention subscribing toreaction.received(both of which the docs site has). This adds parity:onReactionexample (+ the Telegram bot-admin / WhatsApp empty-emoji caveats).reaction.receivednoted in the "Configure a Webhook" step.README-only, no version bump. GitHub renders immediately; npm's rendered README refreshes on the next publish.
