Follow-up to #4. The v0.3.0 README updated the support matrix and fetchMessages options but was missing an onReaction usage example and didn't mention subscribing to reaction.received (both of which the docs site has). This adds parity:

  • New Receiving Reactions section with an onReaction example (+ the Telegram bot-admin / WhatsApp empty-emoji caveats).
  • reaction.received noted in the "Configure a Webhook" step.

README-only, no version bump. GitHub renders immediately; npm's rendered README refreshes on the next publish.

Parity with the docs site: the README covered the support matrix and
fetchMessages options but had no onReaction usage example and didn't mention
subscribing to reaction.received. Adds a "Receiving Reactions" section and
notes reaction.received in the webhook-config step.
