Refine planner tool type hints

Summary

• add explicit ToolResponse and ParamsMapping aliases to describe tool inputs and outputs
• update function_tool signatures in the planner structure to avoid Any annotations and use concrete mapping types
• narrow loop source typing to accepted string or mapping inputs
