Android 默认播放器没有把红果的解密密钥交给 ExoPlayer，电视播放和遥控控制层也会受到视频控件焦点影响。恢复已有 media_kit/libmpv 播放路径，电视控制层独立于视频组件并关闭其默认控制层；标题使用白色文字。
同时修复电视选集/设置面板关闭后的重复返回导致退出播放，并让遥控网格在目标卡片延迟构建后恢复焦点，覆盖靠后集数的选集场景。
验证：本地
flutter test test/television_player_test.dart4 项回归通过，覆盖播放/快进、选集焦点、面板返回及失败重试。此前同签名 ARM64 修复版已在 Android TV 实机验证；手机及其他平台仍需维护者定向验证。本次源码贡献不含签名文件、设备地址、个人包名或 APK。
