Add update-badges.yaml workflow that runs on push to dev, counts unit/doc/integration tests, and updates a GitHub Gist via an org GitHub App token. Shields.io endpoint badges in the README read from the gist. Badges: brightgreen for unit, violet for doc, blue for integration. Counts update only when commits land in dev.
