Bumps Grafana from 13.2.3 to 13.2.5, and drops the CA bundle workaround from #317.
Dependabot opened this PR for 13.2.4. Grafana released 13.2.5 the same day, and that image ships
ca-certificates20261020. That version removes the compromised eMudhra intermediates, so theapk addstep in the Dockerfile is no longer needed. 13.2.4 still ships 20260909. This PR removes the step and the checklist bullet indocs/agents/observability.mdthat tracked it.Merging deploys
flick-grafanaat once. Grafana has no volume, so a revert restores the old image with nothing lost.Verified on the local stack
