Move ECR to Bootstrap Module and Implement Core Infrastructure

🚀 개요

✅ Current Progress

• The DynamoDB table and S3 bucket for Terraform state management are now handled in the bootstrap module, and an ECR module has been added to manage pushed Docker images.

• Implemented core infrastructure components including VPC, EC2, RDS, ALB, security groups, IAM, ECS, and Cloud Map.

• ECS services are being created, but they're not running yet due to image reference issues, which will be resolved soon.

🛠 Upcoming Tasks

• Add Auto Scaling Groups (ASG) to complete the elastic architecture.

• Set up containers on the monitoring instance to enable integrated monitoring.

• Integrate GitHub Actions with Terraform for CI/CD.

• Reconfigure the notification system using AWS Lambda and EventBridge.
