MEETING AGENDA 1

Date- 17/08/2023

Location- Google Meet

Information Updates/Reminders:

• Next Three months we are going to work on a project

• Everyone should have an account and know how to use git, github wiki, Trello, Slack

Decisions Needed:

• Decision about which project we are going to work on.

• Decision about which programming language the team is going to use

• Decision about which member is going to research about coding pattern

• Decision about which member is going to research about documentation tools/pattern.

General Items:

• Trello board is required for the project and for the team. All the tasks and actions would be posted there.

• Slack is required as a workspace where the team members can communicate and discuss about the project.

• Github account is required for the project. One member will create a repository in github where the project will be submitted and he/she has to invite the rest of the members.

• Github wiki pages are required to document the details of the project.

• Some members will be allocated to do research on coding standards.

• The rest of the members will be allocated to do research on Documentation tools.
