Read embedded pdbs Copy debug information for scopes and imports Taken from Alexx999#3 Make the output assembly MVID deterministic Fix test locking dlls Add .ToArray() to flush the Linq expression so that it is not evaluated more than once. ILRepack and ILRepackTask currently only copy sequence points and custom debug information into the merged pdb. This makes for a less than ideal debugging experience as local variables are not visible in the debugger. This PR adds a bit of code to copy debug scopes and imports to the merged pdb.
