Pull Request Overview
Updates the Container App module to use the newer API version 2025-07-01 from the previous 2025-01-01 version. This change enables access to new features and enhancements in the latest API.
- Updates core API version constant to 2025-07-01
- Adds new SDK enums for enhanced functionality including workflow support, private endpoints, and provisioning states
- Temporarily disables a test assertion to accommodate API behavior changes
