Based on seed generation from CLI.
Merge should be done only if the reef-technologies/B2_Command_Line_Tool#349 is also accepted to be merged. After merging, release should be done so that sdk version may be bumped in reef-technologies/B2_Command_Line_Tool#349 and merged.
