Propagate the sharper finite source cutoff 3n>H2^H to exact no-descent/heavy-prefix equivalence, first-descent/first-light equivalence, and stopping-time agreement for equal residues modulo 2^H. Reuse the existing residue theory and new cutoff theorem.
No universal crossing existence or frontier novelty is established. Validation: four theorem footprints, 2,050 paired residue checks through horizon 40, two false controls rejected. Audit included in CI. Depends on PR #26.
