Add custom game collections (manual and smart) - #1199
Conversation
Manual collections hold an explicit list of games; smart collections store filter rules (status, genre, platform, ratings, release years, title) and are evaluated against the library on read. Adds the collections and collection_games tables on both SQLite and Postgres, the /api/collections routes, and a Collections page under Library. Apply the user's content filters to collection games, reject smart rules made only of empty lists, and refresh the collection queries whenever the games query changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01BuQ9R6AA56MxvHDmWKtTFx

@coderabbitai review Pushed f8192b1, which addresses the three Codex findings: content filters are now applied to collection games, smart rules made only of empty lists are rejected on create and update, and the collection queries refresh whenever the games query does. Generated by Claude Code |

Collection queries now refetch on mount so changes made while the page was unmounted show up, and smart rules with a release-year range that ends before it starts are rejected by the API and flagged in the dialog. …witch The dialogs now hide the library list until the open-time refetch succeeds, and saving settings invalidates /api/games. Code Review ✅ Approved 3 closed / 3 findings🔴 High risk · Adding collections tables and SQLite/Postgres migrations changes persistent schemas; a migration issue could disrupt database startup or collection data access. Adds custom game collections with a new Collections page under Library, supporting manual collections built from the user's library and smart collections whose membership is computed from filter rules (status, genre, platform, ratings, release year, title). Resolved this session: edit dialogs no longer wipe in-progress edits on collection refetch, the Add/Remove button stays disabled until membership refetches (avoiding spurious 409s), and a failed refetch now shows an error instead of an empty library. No issues remain open. ✅ 3 closed✅ Bug: Edit dialog wipes in-progress edits when the collection refetches
✅ Edge Case: Add/Remove button re-enables before membership refetches (spurious 409)
✅ Edge Case: Failed refetch leaves dialogs with an empty library and no error

Description
Implements Doezer/Questarr-mgmt#3 (Custom collections, milestone 1.5.1).
Before: games could only be grouped by status, and there was no way to keep a personal list such as "Co-op night" or "every highly rated shooter".
After: a new Collections page (sidebar, under Library) lets the user create two kinds of collections:
Scope kept deliberately small: single-user (single tenant), collections are not exposed in the Integration API, and games cannot yet be added to a collection from the game card or the library toolbar (only from the collection's own page). Smart collections store only their rules; membership is computed on read, so it never goes stale. The user's content filters (adult / age-restricted) and hidden games are applied to collection contents.
How: two new tables,
collections(id, user, name, description, type, JSON rules) andcollection_games(unique per collection/game, cascade on delete), mirrored inshared/schema.pg.tswith parity guards,TABLE_ORDERand migrations for both dialects (migrations/0045,migrations-pg/0009). Rule evaluation is a pure function inshared/collection-rules.ts, used by the server for membership and by the dialog for the live match count. Routes are inserver/collection-routes.ts(docs/API.mdupdated).Screenshots
Desktop: list, manual detail, "Manage games" dialog, smart detail. Mobile: list and the smart rules dialog.
