feat(radio): add longer versions of SF names

Summary of changes:

• Building on from fix[text]: fixes #1772, we now have enough space to write "SetFailsafe" #2144, add some more spaces since variable lengths strings now an option.
• Also means translators can translate the previously untranslated modes.
