- Added tiered Crystallizers from MV through UIV with systematic ore crystallization and gem-growth slurry processing.
- Added Cannon Powder, Nyctophyte exchange media, Pyroltic contact catalysts, the Polarized Bathyst Electret, and Utherium ceramic components for new processing chains.
- Added the Lightweight Stainless Steel Casing.
Improvements
- Renamed the Abyss crystal and flora families to Arcanite, Bloomrot, Ripe Abyss Vine, Anchored Bloomrot, and Lantern Bulb while preserving old registry IDs through aliases.
- Rebuilt the Large Arcanite Cluster as a two-block crossed model with a matching collision shape.
- Added translated names for CosmicCore recipe maps
- Added a dedicated two-by-two item and fluid layout for Roaster recipe displays.
- Added Sterling Silver foil and Terrasteel fine-wire material forms.
- Preserved intrinsic armor, toughness, and knockback attributes when pack scripts add temperature or soul-ward attributes to armor.
- Updated the embedded GregTech Modern
- Removed the obsolete Aether-specific travel and Curios compatibility layer now that the Firmament is fully in-house.
Fixes
- Fixed Firmament storm animation stepping, visual noise, sunset distance banding, and the near-camera lighting dead zone.
- Fixed LP and HP Steam Benders generating without their directional steam-vent overlay.
- Fixed Hard Hammer drop conversion using the wrong loop recipe, sharing mutable output stacks, and ignoring configured drop chance.
- Fixed Large Miner post-processing attempting invalid zero-slot recipes or selecting recipes above the miner's voltage tier.
- Fixed multiblocks repeating a recipe from the previous recipe-map mode, including after restarting during an active craft.
- Fixed multithreaded machines discarding scored recipe failures before they could report the most relevant failure reason.
- Restored the Assembly Line's environment requirement while applying CosmicCore recipe modifiers.
- Added compatibility aliases for renamed Buzzsaw Blade and isotope material IDs used by older saves and progression data.
Cosmic Core 0.16.2 for NeoForge 1.21.1
Cosmic Core 0.16.2
DO NOT MANUALLY UPDATE COSMIC CORE FOR FRONTIERS IT WILL NOT WORK
New
- Added Low-Power Computation Array
- Added dedicated LV, MV, and HV Bloomwyrm Power Roots. Each supplies four amps to the Bloomwyrm Heart without allowing its voltage tier to be bypassed.
- Added standard EV+ quad and 16-amp energy hatch support to the Bloomwyrm Heart.
- Restored tiered Chemical Dehydrators and Laminators as CosmicCore-owned processing machines.
- Added HV Cladding, Modular Frameworks, and Cogwork Magicapacitors for the next component tier.
Improvements
- Low-Power Computation Arrays now accept one or two ordinary MV-or-higher GT energy input hatch variants.
- The LV-accessible Implosion Compressor now converts four regular gems into one flawless gem for every compatible nonflammable gem material.
- ME Computation Uplinks now state their zero-CWU source reservation and the grid's physical-link CWU formula in their CosmicCore-owned tooltip.
- The Low-Power Computation Array now accepts LV, MV, and HV computation cores and power relays in its five component bays.
- Unused Low-Power Computation Array positions can now be filled with passive ME Computation Bay Casings, allowing partially populated arrays to form without adding EU draw.
- Active computation cores and power relays now illuminate the centered two-by-two-pixel plates on all four horizontal faces in cyan and amber. With GTM Bloom Support
- Computation cores, power relays, and passive bays now use the dedicated, non-connecting Compute Module Base texture without directional hatch overlays.
- The Low-Power Computation Array now presents white, single-line telemetry in operational order, reports requested EU/t separately from provided network power, and displays its stored power buffer in EU in both its controller display and Jade.
- The Bloomwyrm Heart now displays its available EU/t and physical input voltage separately.
- Existing LV, MV, and HV Bloomwyrm Hearts may continue using ordinary energy hatches while Power Root acquisition is introduced.
- Composite Ore Sorter recipes now consume four refinement-stage inputs per output batch, reducing excessive mineral-chunk multiplication while preserving the higher-tier yield curve.
- Ore chunks can be milled into dust slowly in a Macerator at 2 EU/t or twice as quickly in a Powderizer at 8 EU/t.
- Pyroltic sorting now exposes Sphalerite at tier two and Emberite at tier three, while Monazite Salts remains focused on its two rare-earth minerals.
Fixes
- Low-Power Computation Array controllers no longer load GTM bloom renderer classes on dedicated servers when placed.
- Nostium's automatically generated material-working recipes now remain within MV processing voltage.
- Consolidated Utherium into one CosmicCore-owned material family while preserving its generated forms and flawless-gem processing.
- ME Computation Uplinks no longer reserve CWU from the same pool they provide.
- The Low-Power Computation Array now extends behind its controller so the controller face points outward.
- Wireless chargers now charge NeoForge Energy items, including EnderIO tools, while preserving native GregTech electric-item handling.
- Updated the embedded GregTech Modern build so active tiered machines can draw enough power to run while recovering a low internal energy buffer.
- Fixed automatically generated Distillery recipes producing their input fluid instead of the selected Distillation Tower output.
- Restored safe EMI previews for huge multiblocks when Aeronautics is installed, with a counts-only fallback if the fake-world bypass is unavailable.

New and Reworked
- Introduced Deeds and the Inner Vault, including quest-linked Deed Seals, primed quest states, cinematics, team progression, and retroactive Patient Zero eligibility and prompting.
- Added a Tier 2 Electric Blast Furnace structure with multiblock preview and terminal support. Consecutive matching recipes gain up to a 50% duration reduction.
- Simplified the Bloomwyrm campus around Bloomwyrm Charge and Biopower, removing the seasonal essence and reserve-mode systems.
- Added algae, proto-algae, Bloomscrap, and new MV component items.
- Reworked Abyssal Hollow terrain placement and ore distribution.
- Added gravity-aware Murk Kelp and corrected Murkbloom disturbance from area-of-effect tools.
Interface and Quest Improvements
- Rebuilt EMI bookmark groups with exact stack amounts, recipe favorites, paging, and persistent groups.
- Added EMI composite-ore sorting diagrams.
- Limited custom ore chunks and purification families to bundle materials while hiding unused generated ore forms from EMI.
- Expanded FTB Quests dependency-line editing, batch painting, and quest aliases.
- Added sealed, primed, calling, and woven presentation states for Deed quests.
