Explanation:
Weekly CI fails for these two tools. Reason is probably that the CU processes the tools in chunks. In weekly CI we have 40 chunks, i.e. each tool is processed in its own chunk .. in PR we use 4 chunks, i.e. some tools are processed in the same chunk. Hence IDs may differ in weekly CI.
