Install canonical Foundation AI Elements and upgrade the AI SDK and Streamdown integrations together. Remove deferred-surface lint exclusions and temporary AI Elements integrity deviations, and migrate the affected callsites. Align React types and form events with the installed components; retain narrowly scoped composition rules for the legacy lint configuration. Includes the published compact prompt-input layout fixes.
Validation: the full local repository check passed all 25 tasks, including tests, UI checks, source integrity, and package boundaries. Depends on #1158.
