This PR includes the whole implementation of the target fuzzing idea. It's based on the following components/options:

  1. Use custom seed corpus (Add option to set custom corpus #3)
  2. Pick seed corpus randomly for each fuzzing trial (also ensure that all fuzzers pick the same set of corpus)
  3. Measure and record covered targets (branches)

TODO

  • make coverage measurer interval adjustable (need to shorten time)
