We are a team of passionate volunteers, here to support charities in their journey towards leveraging the power of Salesforce. We understand that time and budget constraints can make it challenging for nonprofits to hire additional resources to supporttheir teams to satisfy all their organisation requirements and how difficult it is for newly qualified admin to gain workexperience. That's where we come in. We connect enthusiastic Salesforce administrators who are seeking work experience with charities in need of support. Our goal is to match the right admin with the right organization, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership. By volunteering your time and expertise, you can support our admin volunteers as they help charities achieve their missionwith Salesforce. At Tech Collective, we believe in the power of collaboration and making a positive impact.
If you have at least 4 years of experience, 3 or more Salesforce Certifications (excluding Associate) and you are interestedin giving back to the community and supporting no-profit organisations (basic knowledge of ngo sector required) join us as atech coach at the Tech Collective.

- Be clear about the hours and timings that we can commit to the programme
- Support to understand charity mission, current technical and business landscape, and run Discovery to help gain clarity on their long-term goals.
- Guide the charity and volunteer admin to achieve and prioritise project objectives
- Use Salesforce Well-Architected framework to build solutions that provide long-term value for the charity
- Provide strategic advice on the technical implementation of Salesforce and related clouds/apps
- Advice on the technical and project governance to ensure the projects are successful
