Add tests that round trip data using 'capnp convert' to prove compatibility with the c++ implementation... and fix the resulting bugs found

Reduce copy paste in the roundtrip test

Add failing test showing difference in encoding for named union members with a discriminator

Allow missing discriminator as this is required for c++ compat
