The title of the article is "[http://www.prosa.dk/aktuelt/nyhed/artikel/elektroniske-valg-kommer-foerst-om-flere-aar/ Elektroniske valg kommer først om flere år]" (Electronic Elections are Coming Initially in a Few Years). Carsten is quoted in the article at some length.

The one thing about the article that we find somewhat odd is the final sentence of the tagline, "For langsomt, mener kritikere." (Too slow, critics believe.), given no statement about the timing of the introduction is quoted by critics in the article.
