Description

This PR provides the additional changes that were required to successfully build and validate the software stack based on the work introduced in PR #25509.

Unfortunately, I was unable to directly update or extend PR #25509, so I created this separate PR containing the necessary fixes and dependency updates. Without these changes, the build did not complete successfully in our environment.

Rationale

While testing the configuration from PR #25509, additional dependencies and related updates were required to resolve build issues and ensure a successful compilation. Since I could not push changes to the original PR branch, these modifications are submitted separately.
