moqx no longer accepts draft-14: its config rejects moqt_versions 14 and the image defaults to [16, 18].

moqx no longer supports draft-14. Its config rejects
moqt_versions: 14, and the published image now defaults to[16, 18].implementations.json: removedraft-14from moqx. This covers the relay, client and publisher roles, which share one version list.adapters/moqx/Dockerfile.relay: update the comment describing the image's default version list.Effect on the matrix: moqx is no longer paired with libquicr, moq-rs-draft-14 or xquic, which only support draft-14.
