Genuineness framework v1

paper: clean public framework preprint (Zenodo-ready)

A clean, self-contained release of the framework paper, stripped of internal
working notes: "Beyond the Verification Filter — A Recovery-Free Genuineness Test
for Shor-ECDLP, and Its Fundamental Limit" (Yosuke Aoki, GeoAlpine LLC). Abstract,
detection framework, the limit theorem (detected correlation is classical;
genuineness protocol-borne), adversarial robustness, the four-platform boundary
with the genuineness guard, honest novelty positioning, and the two framework
figures embedded. All referenced scripts/figures are public; the held strategy
docs and working draft remain local. Intended for a Zenodo DOI (priority record)
ahead of arXiv (endorser pending).
