After merging this, please tag version 0.1.1. If this repo is updated, it can be submitted to the Arduino and PlatformIO library registries for automatic detection and download. It would be preferable for this original fork to be used, but if it is no longer under maintenance, we can submit the
MarlinFirmwarefork to the registries instead and make ours the official maintained version.
