ioquake3 version of iortcw/iortcw#138.

This makes it possible to use 8× MSAA with the OpenGL 1.x renderer.

A similar change was applied to ET:Legacy recently and it works nicely there.

16× MSAA isn't exposed as graphics drivers often implement it as a mixture of SSAA and MSAA, which can introduce various graphical issues down the line.

This makes it possible to use 8× MSAA with the OpenGL 1.x renderer.
