I'm Matt, a software engineer in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

    • Mostly React but have worked with React Native a few times
  • Python
    • Scripting

  • Bash
    • Scripting
      • Does anyone not like bashing a shellscript around in vim?!

  • Fighting weeds and growing vegetables at the allotment
  • Playing with Building Lego
  • Hanging out with friends
  • Watching TV shows

🚣‍♂️ How I'm broadening my horizons

  • Learning more core JavaScript rather than relying on frameworks like React
  • Honing my Django skillz
  • How to grow all sorts of different veggies
  • Taking better pictures with a camera

🌄 What's over the horizon

  • Want to start dabbling with Go, I've heard a lot of good things about it
  • I know a bit about Docker but I haven't put a lot of it into practice
  • Smart home stuff!
